Anything but Grey

"A swathe wide and bright,
No matter the colour drawn.
Anything but grey.Ruby red, gleaming!
It's a fierce sight to behold,
Burning fast and strong.Topaz shimmers gold:
A comfort, and a constant.
It feels safe and warm.Emerald shines green,
Full of secrets and mischief.
It's a subtle shade.Although, now I think
I've gained a fondness for blue
Regardless of hue!Too many to name
Colour is beyond counting.
Yet it brings me joy!I hope to see more
Much and more: I'll do my best!
Anything but grey."

OOC & Notes

Walk-Ups & Tells Welcome
Story-Driven • Adventure • Shenanigans • Support/Plot
Magic • Combat • Criminal Elements • Darker Themes

ohullo, i'm wren and this is my inky lil guy! :3
PS - sorry, I cannot use or see crimes on my PC. qwq■ 21+ Only.
if you're a minor, or RPing a minor, we're not writing together.
Even in fully SFW scenes, I don't want to RP with your child OC.■ I'm looking for:
+ longterm allies/contacts for Telryn, of the magical/adventuring sorts!
+ other art-adjacent mages for Telryn to interact with & learn from.
+ ongoing narratives and plots to support/engage with.
+ high/heavy fantasy preferred over modern/RL Earth-adjacent RP.
+ clear communication & a willingness to talk out thoughts!please mind your IC/OOC bleed, and metagaming. if you aren't in the headspace to keep IC/OOC separate, and aren't willing to talk concerns, we shouldn't be writing together.■ Please Ask About:
anything! headcanons, boundaries, plots, ink mage lore, anything that might be inconsistent-- maybe there's a reason for it? :3ctelryn is full of secrets, and will actively deflect attempts to pry about certain topics but i'm always happy to clarify anything OOC.If something is bothering you about me or Telryn, please reach out! I'm not my character, and don't share his opinions/viewpoints/history.

■ OOC fun facts:
Pictomancer is everything I could have hoped for and more! qwq
I wrote Atramancy and its magical workings in January/February 2023(thanks Scissors for the name!!), before PCT was even a rumour at the first fanfest-- only to have ffxiv confirm the painting job a few months later. Seriously uncanny and exciting stuff. x'DI'm hoping we get a little more story lore on Pictomancy in upcoming patches for comparison and contrast between the two.So is Atramancy is a branch of Pictomancy? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I'd advise investigating in-character. :3c
